The location of the accommodation is perfect for those looking to explore the surrounding areas of Janské Lazne and Pec Pod Snezkou. the rooms are clean, albeit small, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. the service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating, with English-speaking personnel available. the breakfast selection is varied and of good quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. there are facilities such as a Finnish sauna and a hot tub available to enjoy.
There was a mishap with the dinner service, with a meal being unsatisfactory due to the addition of various ingredients that didn't complement each other well.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and flexible, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even accommodated our vegetarian dietary preferences with fantastic and homemade food. The hotel's location was ideal for skiing, as it was equally close to two popular ski resorts. The dining area had a great atmosphere and served as a cozy pub/restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options each day and was always fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and reliable WiFi. The new Finnish sauna and high-quality hot tub were a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.

The breakfast had a decent variety and was satisfying. the staff was accommodating and friendly. the location was ideal as it was close to ski resorts and other attractions in the area.
Our Christmas dinner was disappointing. Our order was incorrect, and the food was not tasty.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway, with easy access to both Janské Lazne and Pec Pod Snezkou for skiing. The friendly and flexible staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing us with fantastic homemade food that was perfect for vegetarians. The dining area had a wonderful atmosphere and the breakfast menu had something different every day. we loved the on-site parking and the reliable WiFi connection.
Although we had a great overall experience, there were a couple of things that didn't quite meet our expectations. the late dinner we had wasn't up to par, with a mishmash of ingredients that didn't quite work together.
